Privacy Policy
NavdeepChhabra.com
Effective date: 2 October 2026
Navdeep Chhabra, operating NavdeepChhabra.com (“we”, “us”, “our”), respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website, the Clarity Assistant, make an enquiry, book or manage a coaching session, make a payment, or otherwise interact with our services.
We intend to manage personal information consistently with applicable Australian privacy law and, where applicable, the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Personal information we may collect
- Identity and contact information, including your name, email address and telephone number.
- Booking information, including service, appointment time, booking reference, rescheduling and cancellation information.
- Enquiry and coaching-context information you choose to provide, including goals, challenges, preferences and free-text messages.
- Clarity Assistant responses and pathway information needed to provide the requested experience.
- Payment transaction/status information. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by NavdeepChhabra.com.
- Technical/security information such as IP address, browser/device data, timestamps, anti-bot verification results, logs and diagnostics.
2. How and why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries; provide the Clarity Assistant; create and manage bookings; create Microsoft Teams/calendar details; process and reconcile payments; send transactional communications; provide coaching; secure and troubleshoot the service; prevent spam, fraud and misuse; maintain appropriate records; and meet legal obligations.
3. Clarity Assistant and AI processing
The Clarity Assistant may use an external AI service provider to process selected responses needed to generate clarification questions or pathway-oriented output. It is not therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice.
We design the Clarity Assistant to minimise information sent to the AI provider. Contact details submitted through an enquiry form are not intended to be sent to the AI provider as part of pathway analysis.
4. Service providers and overseas processing
- Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Teams for email, calendar and meeting functionality.
- PayPal for payment processing and payment-status/webhook services.
- OpenAI or another approved AI provider for Clarity Assistant functionality where enabled.
- Cloudflare for Turnstile anti-bot/security functionality.
- Website hosting, backup, security and infrastructure providers.
Some technology providers operate globally. Information may be processed or accessible outside Australia, including in the United States and other jurisdictions in which those providers or their subprocessors operate. Where Australian privacy law applies to an overseas disclosure, we will take the steps required by that law.
5. Security, retention and cookies
We use reasonable safeguards including HTTPS, access controls, server-side validation, anti-bot controls, rate limiting, session/replay protections, protected credentials, payment-webhook verification, logging controls and backup/recovery arrangements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide/administer services, maintain security and records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Information no longer required will be deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable and required by law.
The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for sessions, security, booking and functionality. If non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing technologies are introduced, this Policy and any required consent mechanisms should be updated before use.
6. Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. We may need to verify your identity.
Privacy contact: team@navdeepchhabra.com | 0430 407 636 | Canberra ACT, Australia. Where applicable, you may also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this website with its effective date.
