Website & Coaching Terms

These Terms govern use of NavdeepChhabra.com and the coaching services booked through the website. By making a coaching booking, you agree to the Coaching Terms, booking rules and service conditions below.
1. Eligibility
Coaching bookings, enquiries and the Clarity Assistant are intended for persons aged 18 years or older.
2. Bookings and confirmation
Bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when the website provides a booking confirmation/reference and any required payment has been successfully processed or otherwise confirmed.
3. Free Intro Session
The Free Intro Session has no session fee. Please cancel or reschedule at least 5 hours before the scheduled start time where reasonably possible. No financial cancellation penalty applies.
4. Paid 1:1 Session
- At least 24 hours' notice: free reschedule or cancellation with the applicable refund.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: rescheduling is ordinarily offered first. If you instead cancel, 50% of the session fee is refunded.
- No-show without notice: no refund ordinarily applies, subject to discretion for exceptional circumstances.
- If we cancel and an acceptable rescheduled time cannot be agreed, you receive a full refund.
5. Focused Coaching Journey
The Focused Coaching Journey consists of four sessions sold as a package. The four sessions are intended to be booked and completed within 2 months of commencement, subject to reasonable rescheduling.
Individual Journey sessions should be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice where reasonably possible.
Once the first Journey session has been delivered, unused sessions are normally not refundable for change of mind or voluntary early withdrawal.
We may exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances.
If we cannot provide remaining Journey sessions, you may choose reasonable rescheduling or a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
7. Mutual confidentiality
We will treat information disclosed during private coaching as confidential and will not disclose it unnecessarily. You likewise agree to respect the confidential and proprietary nature of non-public coaching discussions, methods, materials and personalised work provided through the coaching relationship.
Confidentiality is subject to reasonable exceptions, including where disclosure is required or authorised by law, reasonably necessary to protect a person's safety, necessary to obtain professional advice or operate the service through appropriate providers, or made with the affected person's consent.
8. Coaching materials and intellectual property
Proprietary worksheets, questionnaires, frameworks, exercises, templates, presentations, diagrams, tools, reading materials and training resources supplied through NavdeepChhabra.com remain the intellectual property of Navdeep Chhabra or the relevant rights holder.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own coaching and development. Without prior written permission, you must not reproduce or redistribute them, publish them online, sell or sublicense them, upload them to public repositories, substantially reproduce them in your own courses or materials, or use them to train or coach others commercially.
9. Personalised guidance
Coaching guidance, exercises, strategies and action plans may be developed for your individual circumstances, goals and information. They are intended for you and should not be treated as general guidance for another person.
You must not represent, prescribe or apply personalised coaching guidance to another person as though it were advice provided by Navdeep Chhabra for that person without prior written agreement. If you choose to share or apply personalised guidance outside its intended context without written approval, you do so independently and assume responsibility for that use, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Recording
Neither party may audio-record, video-record or otherwise make a private recording of a coaching session without the other party's prior agreement, except where required or authorised by law.
11. Nature of coaching and responsibilities
Coaching is a collaborative developmental process. You remain responsible for your choices, decisions, actions and outcomes. We will provide coaching with reasonable care and skill, respect confidentiality subject to the stated exceptions, maintain appropriate boundaries, and will not guarantee particular outcomes.
12. Third-party services and website IP
The website may rely on third-party services such as Microsoft, PayPal, Cloudflare, OpenAI, retailers and social platforms. Unless otherwise stated, original website content, branding, frameworks and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Navdeep Chhabra / NavdeepChhabra.com.
13. Acceptable use
Do not compromise, overload, reverse engineer or misuse website, booking, payment, Clarity Assistant or security systems.
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or malicious content or circumvent rate limits and anti-bot controls.
14. Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from general website information, third-party systems, or use of personalised coaching material outside its intended context. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, subject to mandatory rights available under applicable law.
